Brown bread

Measure all ingredients. Put both flours in a bowl

Add sugar, salt and yeast. Mix well

Add eggs and butter and mix well. Add milk slowly while mixing to make a dough.

Turn out to a floured surface and knead well. Coat the bowl with oil and put the dough in. Cover and let rest for an hour to rise

Coat your baking tin or tray with oil. I divided mine to three mini loaves and leave to rise again another 30 mins.

Bake in a preheated oven for 25mins. I used my gas cooker mawe tatu style. When ready turn out and allow to cool. Enjoy with tea
