Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 180 (fan). Oil a 8 inch ceramic / oven proof dish. Place butter and chocolate chips in a heatproof bowl, microwave in 30 second bursts until melted. Stir until smooth.

  2. Add sugar and eggs then mix well until smooth. Add flour, cocoa and salt and stir until smooth. Stir in chopped chocolate. Then pour into oven proof dish.
    Bake for approx 20-25 mins until fudgy and gooey in the middle. 30 mins for slightly more well done.

  1. 200 g unsalted butter
  2. 200 g dark chocolate (chopped fine) - I used Lindt
  3. 175 g brown sugar
  4. 3 medium eggs whisked
  5. 75 g plain flour
  6. 30 g cocoa powder
  7. Pinch salt
  8. Handful white chocolate buttons (optional)
