Step:

  1. Brown ground beef in skillet with some garlic, salt & pepper.

  2. Chop carrots & onions. Add beef & vegetables, including peas, to croc pot. Add seasoning. Set on low for 7 1/2 hours.

  3. Add instant mashed potatoes. Set time for 30 minutes. After 15 minutes, stir mashed potatoes. Sprinkle cheese on top if desired.

  1. 2 pounds ground beef
  2. 1 small yellow onion
  3. 2-3 tbs minced garlic
  4. 1 (15 oz) diced tomatoes
  5. 1 (16 oz) bag frozen peas
  6. 1 cup chopped carrots
  7. 1 package onion soup mix
  8. 1 package instant mashed potatoes
  9. Salt, pepper, garlic salt, Mrs. Dash's herb & garlic seasoning
