Step:

  1. Cook tortellini according to package.

  2. Sear steaks in large skillet season with salt and pepper, I cut them into smallish pieces, add tortellini, cream, broth, parmesan, and mushrooms. Cook while sauce thickens.

  3. Add chunks of goat cheese, and sage cook for 1 or 2 more minutes. Serve hot.

  1. Thin cut eye of round steaks
  2. Spinach tortellini
  3. 6 oz heavy cream
  4. 2/3 cup beef broth
  5. 4 oz goat cheese
  6. 6 oz mushrooms
  7. 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
  8. 1 tbsp rubbed sage
