Step:
Combine wheat flour, sooji, curd, 1 tbsp ghee, salt and baking soda in a bowl. Mix well till you get crumbly texture. Add water a little at a time and make dough that is a little stiffer than that of chapati.
Make smooth balls out of dough. Bake them at 180c in the preheated oven for 30-40 minutes. Ensure even baking on all sides. The balls should be crunchy outside and spongy inside. Roll them in some ghee.
Break the balls into small chunks. Add sugar, cardemom powder a the ghee in them. Mix everything together and serve hot or at room temperature.
