In a mixing bowl add rava, curd, salt,and water and mix well. Let it rest for 20 mins.
Take a appe pan, grease and add two drop of oil in each mould, heat it and add mustard seeds in each mould and let them splitter. Now add spoonful of batter in each appe mould, cover and cook.
Now take batter add water to adjust flowing consistency, add eno just before making appe and mix it. Do not overmix. The batter will be fluffy.
After 3-4 mins flip the appe and cook again from this side for 3-4 mins, this time no need to cover. Take out the appe and serve hot with chutney/ ketchup.
