  1. Make your coffee the way you like it.

  2. Pour the cream in a small sauce pan and heat gently while stirring until it's frothy.

  3. Pour the warm cream in a big cup, add coffee and stir.

  4. Serve straight away as is, or with a handful of nuts or a piece of cheese.

  5. Serve hot hot
