Step:

  1. Oil me red chilli or ginger garlic chopped dal kar saute kar lein. Khushbu any lgy to chicken dal dein

  2. Chicken achi trah bhoun lein. Half glass pani shamil kar dein. 15 mint dum me cook karein.

  3. Cornflour ke elawa sare ingredients dal dein. 2 mint baad 1glass pani dal dein

  4. Half cup pani me cornflour mix kar lein. Cornflour dal kar gravy gardhi kar lein. Cornflour dalty hue spoon se mix krty rhy ke lums na bny. 2 mint baad anch band kar dein.

  5. Sweet and sour chicken Chinese rice ke sath serve karein

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kg Chicken boneless
  2. 6 dried red chilli
  3. 1/2 cup tomato ketchup
  4. 2 tbsp soya sauce
  5. 1 tbsp vinegar
  6. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  7. 1/2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
  8. 4 tbsp oil
  9. 1/2 tsp salt
  10. 3 tbsp chilli sauce
  11. 1/2 tbsp sugar
  12. 1 glass water
  13. 1 & half tbsp Cornflour
