Step:

  1. Take all the ingredients in a bowl except water.

  2. Add water and mix well. Dough should be little soft.

  3. On a hot tava spread oil. Now spread the dough directly on the tava.

Ingredients

  1. 1/2 cup rice flour
  2. 2 tbsp chopped white part of spring onions
  3. 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
  4. 1 tbsp chopped green chilli
  5. to taste Salt
  6. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  7. 1/2 tsp dry ginger powder
  8. Water as required
  9. Oil as required for cooking the rotis
