Step:

  1. Mix all ingredients except cheese in a large mixing bowl

  2. Line a baking pan with foil. Grease.

  3. Take half the mixture and place in pan. Make a bowl in the middle for the cheese.

  5. Form the rest of the meat into a large patty. Cover the top and seal the edges.

  6. Bake at 375 until internal temp reaches 165.

  7. I served with mashed potatoes and Texas toast.

Ingredients

  1. 2 lbs lean hamburger
  2. 1/4 lg onion, diced
  3. 1 tsp mccormicks Montreal steak seasoning
  4. 1 tsp chili powder
  5. 1 tbs chopped chives
  6. 1 tbs garlic powder
  7. 1/2 cup seasoned bread crumbs
  8. 1 tsp curry powder
  9. 1 tbs red wine vinegar
  10. 2 tbs stone ground mustard
  11. 2 tbs bbq sauce
  12. 2 eggs
  13. 10 Oz cheese whiz, or other cheese sauce
