Step:

  1. Mix together oil, eggs, sugar, and vanilla. In a separate bowl sift together flour, baking soda and salt. Combine the two mixtures.

  2. Fold in pecans, diced apples and coconut.

  3. In a greased pan, bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes.

  4. Bring brown sugar, milk, and butter to boil for 2 minutes. Pour over hot cake.

  3. 2 1/4 cups sugar
  4. 2 tsp vanilla
  5. 3 cups flour
  6. 1 tsp baking soda
  7. 1 tsp salt
  8. 2 cups pecans
  9. 3 cups fresh apples, dices
  10. 1/2 cup coconut
  11. Glaze:
  12. 1 cup brown sugar
  13. 1/4 cup milk
  14. 1 stick butter
