Step:
Grind or coarsely chop up the Almonds,Pistachios,Cashewnuts and Walnuts. Mix them with the powdered sugar and keep aside.
In a medium sized bowl, add flour, semolina, baking powder, cardamom powder, ghee along with the dry fruits and powdered sugar mix. Add in few Saffron threads too. Using the warm milk, knead it into a soft dough. Cover and keep aside for 15 minutes.
While using warm milk, make sure to add it in smaller amounts while kneadind, since there are chances that the milk needed is less or more depending upon the quality of flour and semolina. Likewise, don't panic if you require a grated quantity of milk.
Later, after 15 minutes of resting, knead the dough again till pliable and let it rest for 30 minutes or until ready to use. Preheat your oven to 180. In a greased baking pan lined with parchment paper or aluminium foil, start by taking out a small portion and flattening it out into discs of about an inch thick using your palms. Or you can roll out a big roti and cut roundels of same size with the help of a biscuit cutter.
Make them all that way and arrange leaving some space to facilitate spreading. Bake for about 15 mins. Then, lower the temperature to 150 and bake till competely done. This ensures proper baking.
Let these rest for a few minutes before serving warm with fresh cream as a dip or just as they are. They are best served with a hot glass of milk too.
