Step:
Pre preps are : coriander pastes and cooked rajama paste.First pressure cook rajma for 6 whistles. Then make a paste of coriander,pudina,ginger,tamarind and green chilli and transfer to a bowl and keep aside.Now in the same jar blend cooked rajama with pinch of salt to a coarse paste and keep aside.
Then comes the rajama paste and boiled mashed aloo with little rajama water if left and cook for two mins. Once cooked add cooked rajama mix well cook on simmer for two mins.

1 cup soaked rajama
1 boiled mashed aloo
1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
handful coriander leaves
1/2 handful pudina(mint leaves)
1 tsp tamarind
1 green chill
1/2 inch ginger
1/2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon dhaniya(coriander) powder
1/2 teaspoon amchur(dry mango)
1/2 teaspoon jeera(cumin seeds)
1/2 teaspoon saunf(fennel seeds)
1/2 teaspoon hing(asafoetida)
to taste Salt
2 cloves
2 cardamom
1 bay leaf
1 inch cinnamon stick
