Banana pudding poke cake

Preheat oven to 350. Prepare and bake cake as directed on box. Cool 5 minutes.

Using a wooden spoon handle poke holes halfway through cake. Prepare two boxes of pudding by mixing with 3 cups milk and immediately pour over cake spreading around with spatula. (Some pudding will remain on top)

Refrigerate one hour then spread cool whip on top and place back in fridge for 30 min.

Place crushed and whole wafer cookies and slices of banana on top only prior to eating or serving so they dont turn brown and cookies dont get soggy.
