Throw all ingredients together in crockpot except garlic powder if using.

Cook on high about 3 hours stirring occasionally so the cheese doesn't stick to the sides or bottom and melted evenly.

Once its creamy and all cheese is melted add your garlic powder and serve with tortilla chips
