Step:

  1. For stock..Cut all vegetables into big pieces,add 3 cups of water and pressure cook.

  2. Cool, blend in mixer. Strain..this mixture.

  3. In pan add,heat butter, add chopped onion and saute for 1 min. Add chopped tomatoes and capsicum pieces saute for 2 mins.

  4. Add stock,mix and simmer for 5-7 mins.

  8. 1 small onion finely chopped
  9. 1 small green capsicum finely chopped
  10. 1 big tomato finely chopped
  11. 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  12. to taste Salt and black pepper powder
