Step:

  1. Take a pan heat the water and add lemon and boil it.

  2. After that strain the water. When lemon dry..then take bog bowl and add all spices,dry lemon,sugar and mix well.

  3. After that take a jar add all material in it.

Ingredients

  1. 1 kg lemon
  2. 1 kg sugar
  3. To taste salt
  4. 2-3 tsp roasted cumin powder
  5. 4 tsp mustard seeds powder
  6. As needed water
