Step:

  1. Heat a pan add butter,oil,cumin, saunf,all spices and saute it add garlic,onion puree and cook for awhile and tomato puree mix well and cook till oil releases, add red chilli powder, dhania jeera powder, tomato ketchup and stir continuously add boiled rajma and water as needed. Cook till gravy thickens.

  2. Serve hot ready Kashmiri rajma with chawal roasted papad & garnish with chopped coriander.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cup Boiled Rajma
  2. 1/2 cup onions puree
  3. 3/4 cup tomatoes puree
  4. 1 tbsp granted garlic
  5. 1 tbsp tomato puree
  6. 1 tsp cumin
  7. 1 tsp saunf / fennel seeds
  8. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  9. 2 tsp coriander , cumin powder
  10. 1 tsp kitchen king masala add
  11. To taste Salt
  12. 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
  13. 2-3 pieces cinnamon
  14. 3-4 cloves
  15. 1 star anise
  16. 1 bay leaf
  17. 1 small cardamom
  18. 1 big cardamom
  19. 1 tbsp butter
  20. 1 tbsp oil
  21. 1 tbsp chopped coriander
  22. To Serve with:-
  23. As needed Roasted garlic Papad
  24. As needed Coriander, dryfruits and jeera rice
