  1. 2 lbs beef tenderloin
  2. 2 shallots
  3. 2 cloves garlic(minced)
  4. Kosher salt(as needed)
  5. 3 c beef broth
  6. 1 lb baby portabella mushrooms (sliced)
  7. 1/3 c red cooking wine
  8. Equal amount 2 tbs.flour & water for slurry
  9. 3 slice bacon (chopped)
  10. 2 tbs. butter
  11. 1 tbs. tomato paste
  12. Olive oil for cooking
