Step:
Wash and clean these bones thoroughly and keep them aside.
In a pressure cooker, heat Ghee and add Bay leaves at first followed by all the Spices one by one. Add chopped onion along with the ginger garlic paste and saute for a minute or two.
Now add the bones as well as the green chillies, coriander leaves and the turmeric powder. Mix well and pressure cook for 10-12 whistles. Don't forget to add water to it before placing the lid.
After the pressure settles down, open the lid and allow it to cook for 15-20 minutes more. Adjust water quantity if you need to at this point but add hot water only if necessary. The consistency depends upon one's own choice.
This tastes heaven when slow cooked for nearly 2 hours. This was what my grandma did but I do not that everytime. I do follow it but also pressure cook this just as I did today. It tastes awesome this way too. Try in whichever way you want to and relish this nutritious Soup with your loved ones atleast once a month.
