Instant Neer Dosa

Mix rice flour, coconut powder salt & water as needed to prepare very thin batter for Dosa.

Heat nonstick Dosa Tava apply oil and wipe the tava with wet cloth now pour dosa batter on tava don't spread it will take it's shape again pour little oil on sides of the tava when dosa leaves the sides fold & take it in the plate Similarly make all the Dosa and serve hot Instant yummy Neer Dosa with Malgapodi with oil or melted ghee.
