Strawberry Juzt Jelly Stuffed Chocolate

Melt chocolate compound by double bath process add butter and stir with spoon and fill in piping bag.

First put some jelly in the mould first and then fill the mould till top level and tap the mould so that chocolate spreads evenly. Keep it in the fridge for 10-mins. Unmould the chocolate and serve in a plate.
