Step:

  1. Cut cauliflower bite size grizzly with olive oil with garlic and cook in oven at 375 for 1/2 hour

  2. Let cauliflower cool in this time make the dressing

  3. Open the tuna cans and squeeze in big bowl mix the tuna with cauliflower and add the dressing on top and what ever I mentioned on top enjoy

  1. Medium head cauliflower
  2. 1/4 cup olive oil
  3. 2 cloves garlic slice
  4. 2 cans tuna in water
  5. 1/2 cup parsley dry
  6. 1 tablespoon chives
  7. 1 tablespoon dill
  8. to taste Salt pepper
  9. Dressing
  10. 3 tablespoon ranch dressing
  11. 2 tablespoon apple vinegar
  12. 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  13. Dash red hot pepper
