Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.Squeeze the sausage meat out of the sausage.2 sausages will make one roll.discard the lining

Put flour on a plate roll the sausage meat to form a sausage again.the flour helps deal with the stickiness

Roll out the puff pastry and cut a rectangle to fit the sausage and leave space for rolling.eggwash the sides

Wrap the sausage meat.press the sides with a fork and eggwash

Put in an oven dish lined with parchment paper.Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes
