Preheat your oven to 200 degrees.Wash,peel cut your apple into a half and deseed your apples
Melt your butter I melted in the microwave for 20 seconds,and add the cinnamon and sugar and stir
Take your knife poke little indents into your apple.this will ensure that your apple absorbs the cinnamon mixture evenly.Take your pastry brush and coat your apples with the cinnamon butter
Roll your puff pastry into a thin sheet cut out a rectangle that fits your apple and leaves enough space.eggwash the sides
Cut out another rectangle that covers the apple completely.and make indent on it
Cover the apple and press the sides with your finger then with a fork to seal
Egg wash the top.put in a baking tray with parchment paper.bake for 25 minutes
