Step:

  1. Mix all the ingredients with mashed potatoes in a bowl.

  2. Make 2 ball out of dough.With the help of rolling pin,make small round chapatis out of them.

  3. Put some potatoes stuffing on 1 chapati & spread it.Cover with another.Now put some flour on it & make a big chapati.

  4. Heat tawa & put the potato chapati on it.Spread some pure ghee on it & cook till it becomes golden brown. now flip it & do the same process.

  5. Do same procedure with rest of the potatoes masala.

  6. Serve hot with butter & curd.

  1. 3 boiled & mashed potatoes
  2. 1 chopped onion
  3. 1 tsp grated ginger
  4. 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
  5. 1 chopped green chilli
  6. 1 tsp chopped coriander leaves
  7. 1/3 tsp carrom seeds
  8. as needed pure ghee
  9. as needed Wheat Dough
