Step:

  1. Wash and peel the potatoes.

  2. Cut into qunters to get 4 piece on each potatoe.

  3. Boil in hot boiling salt water for 3 min.remove from heat and drain it.

  4. Apply oil on your baking dish, and arrange the potatoes on it well
