Step:

  1. Saut the onions in a large frying pan with a little oil over a medium heat, add the garlic and mince to the onions cooked until there is no pink in the meat. Add the chopped tomatoes and tomato pure to the pan and mix together let the ingredients simmer for a few minutes on a low heat.

  2. Add cottage cheese, quark and 150g of mozzarella to and bowl and mix together well.

  3. Add a layer mince mix to the bottom of you slow cooker top with lasagna sheets then cheese mix. Repeat the process with all mixture resulting in the cheese mix being on the top. Add more mozzarella (you decide on how cheesy) to the top of the mix and cook on high for 5 hours

  4. Once cooked serve with salad or veg and garlic bread. The lasagna can also be frozen to have at a later date. Enjoy


Ingredients

  1. 400 g minced beef
  2. 1 large onion chopped & diced
  3. 2 garlic cloves minced
  4. 1 Tim of chopped tomatoes
  5. 500 ml passata
  6. 2 tbsp tomato pure
  7. 280 g lasagna pasta sheets
  8. 340 g cottage cheese
  9. 250 g quark reduced fat
  10. Mozzarella grated (you decide how much we had loads )
