Step:

Put water in a pot,bring to boil,wash rice well,add to boiling water...cook for 5mins,turn off heat,strain in a sieve, rinse the pot, add water up to half if pot size, add salt,boil,meanwhile rinse rice again,until water is clean,add to boiling water,cook till soft..enjoy with Ofada Stew (Ayamase)...
