Fortune Cookies

Compose the messages, print and cut them in thin strips to be easily inserted into the cookies

Add the egg white in a bowl and add sugar in it

Whisk well until incorporated

Place th into the mould (cupcake tray)while warm to set till completely cool

Add vanilla,salt,milk and butter.whisk well

Add flour in portions and start folding in

Add just enough milk to create a thick batter(like pancake)

Preheat the oven.align baking sheet on a baking tray

Using a spoon add spoonful of batter and spread into 3.5-4cm wide circle on a baking tray

Bake for 8-10 min only at 160 degress celcius (the cookies will still be soft)

Before they completely cool,add your messages in the cookies and fold them into cookies

The cookies will ready once cool.Enjoy!
