Step:

  1. Take bowl add both atta all masala salt mix it make a soft dough if needed then only add water to knead the dough

  3. Hot a pan put the paratha and roast both side by add one or two tsp of ghee

  1. 1 cup jowar atta
  2. 2 tbsp ragi atta
  3. 2 tbsp green chillies ginger paste
  4. To taste Salt
  5. 1 carrot grated
  6. 1 onion finely chopped
  7. 2 tbsp coriander leaves finely chopped
  8. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  9. 1/2 tsp chat masala
  10. 1/2 tsp pepper powder
  11. 1/2 tsp cumin powder
  12. 1 small beetroot grated
  13. 1/2 tsp carom seeds
  14. To taste ghee
