Step:

  1. In a bowl add eggs and beat till fullfy

  2. Add milk,essence and sugar

  3. Beat for few minutes to well combine

  4. Take pudding pan

  5. Add sugar and water and heat

  6. Cook the mix to dissolve the sugar

  7. The watery texture appers

  8. Move the pan by hands so the mixture covers all the side of the pan

  9. Cook till golden brown colour appers

  10. Remove the pan from the stove.

  11. Cool the pan

  12. You can see the caramelize is become hard

  13. Now pour beaten mixture

  14. Bake in preheated oven for 40 to 50 mins

  15. Check from the toothpick as it comes out clear your pudding is ready to serve

  16. Take large pan add some water then put that pan in which you pour beaten mixture

  2. 1/2 liter milk
  3. 1 tsp Vanilla essence
  4. 5-6 tbsp Sugar
  5. For caramelize
  6. 5 tbsp Sugar
  7. 1 tsp Water
