Step:

  1. Mix ‘Nattō’ with the sauce and mustard that are most likely included in the container.

  2. Combine grated Potato and Egg in a bowl. Add finely chopped Spring Onions, Flour, Baking Powder and Salt, and mix well.

  3. Add the seasoned ‘Nattō’ and Nori, and combine.

  4. Heat a small amount of Oil in a frying pan over medium heat, pour the mixture to make 8cm round, and cook both sides until golden brown. Repeat with remaining mixture. Add more Oil if needed. Enjoy with Soy Sauce and/or Mustard if you like.

  1. 2 packets 'Nattō' *Sauce & Mustard included
  2. 1 sheet Nori *torn into small pieces
  3. 3-4 Spring Onions *finely chopped
  4. 2 medium size Potatoes *about 300g, peeled and finely grated
  5. 1 Egg
  6. 6-8 tablespoons Plain Flour
  7. 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
  8. 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  9. Oil for cooking
