Step:

  1. Mix the rice with Parmesan and salt in a bowl.

  2. #Take a small portion of the rice mixture and tuck in Cheese

  3. Shape the mix into a ball

  4. Now coat the rice balls with egg and breadcrumbs

  5. Bake until they turn golden brown in colour

  3. 1 egg
  4. 2 cups cooked rice
  5. 6 slice #Happy_cow_cheese
  6. 1/2 Tbsp salt
  7. *½ cup of finely grated Parmesan
