Folded Browned Folded Eggs with Spam Sandwich

Toast the bread and set aside. Add mayonnaise to 3 slices.

Crack the eggs, add butter to skillet, and beat the eggs.

Add eggs to the skillet. The browned butter will add a deeper flavor to the eggs. Cook till done divide and fold them. Add to two slices of the bread.

Slice the spam into 4 slices. Fry in the skillet. Once they are caramelized its done.

Add two slices to the eggs.

Repeat and then stack them on top of each other.
