Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 350. Slice apples and thaw frozen peaching and mix with remaining filling ingredients and pour into a buttered 13x9 inch baking pan

  2. Mix the topping ingredients and pour over it.

  3. Bake uncovered 30-40 minutes

  4. Serve with vanilla ice cream if you wish. Any fruit can pair with the apples if you dont like peaches or you can do just apples and double up on the apple count.

Ingredients

  1. Topping: 2 cups oatmeal instant cook
  2. 1/2 cup flour
  3. 1/2 cup brown sugar
  4. 1/4-1/2 cup melted butter
  5. For the filling:
  6. 5 large apples I used green and red apples peeled and sliced thin
  7. 2 bags frozen peaches
  8. 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  9. 1/2 cup brown sugar
