  10. Cup chopped spring mix
  11. 1/4 cup Sliced carrots thin
  12. 1/4 cup almond and sunflowers seed mix
  13. 1/4 cup dried raisin
  14. Dressing
  15. 1/4 cup olive oil
  16. 1/4 red wine vinegar
  17. 2 tablespoon honey optional
  18. 1 teaspoon poppy seed
  19. 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  20. Red pepper crushed Optional
