Coke marinade for steak

Combine all the ingredients - coke, garlic, lemon juice - and add the steak into marinade

Close in an airtight container and put in the fridge for 3 hours

Remove the steaks and let it sit

Add the sauce to a pan and leave on high to reduce. Do not let it get too dry because it will become syrup. When it starts to thicken, remove from the heat

Cook the steaks, let them rest and then cover them in the sauce before serving.
