Potato truffles

Here are the ingredients

Mash the boiled potatoes until very smooth

Melt the dark chocolate using hot water bath,keep stiring until melted then keep aside

Add powdered sugar to the mashed potatoes and mix again

Add the melted chocolate to the mashed potatoes and mix it up thoroughly,then add vanilla flavor

Keep the mixture to firm up for 1hour

Bring the mixture and scoop into your hands and roll into balls, refrigerate to keep it firm again

Roll over the sprinkles and set aside on a tray

Refrigerate the truffles and serve !
