Step:

  1. Preheat oven to 325

  2. Line 8x8 baking dish with parchment paper

  3. Press cookie dough into bottom of pan

  4. Top with oreos, break if needed.

  5. Mix cream cheese, eggs, sugar and vanilla extract until smooth

  6. Put cheesecake mixture on top of oreo layer.

  7. Top with crushed oreos

  8. Bake 30-35 minutes or until center is slightly wiggly.

  9. Refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight.

  10. Drizzle with warm caramel

  1. 16.5 oz refrigerated chocolate chip cookie dough
  2. 20 oreo cookies
  3. 2 (8 oz) blocks of cream cheese
  4. 1/2 cup sugar
  5. 2 large eggs
  6. 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  7. Pinch salt
  8. Warm caramel to drizzle on top
