Step:

  1. Dice all the vegetables. Put them in a large bowl.

  2. Mix the kidney beans and the sweet corn and disperse them over the salad.

  3. Cut the Feta cheese into cubes and put them on top of the salad.

  4. Add all the dressing ingredients and mix them well.

  5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.

  2. 5 leafs of lettuce
  3. 2 tomatos
  4. 2 cucumbers
  5. 2 cups sweet corn
  6. 2 cups red kidney beans
  7. 1/2 cup Feta cheese
  8. Dressing
  9. 1/4 cup olive oil
  10. 1/4 cup mustard
  11. 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice or vinegar
  12. 1 pinch garlic powder
  13. Salt and pepper
