Step:
Roast the til to a light brown colour, (Start at high and then turn the flame to low to roast til, keep turning them continuously.)
Switch off the flame and leave them aside to cool.
In a nonstick pan cook mava for around 5 minutes, switch off the gas when mava comes together.
While the mava is cooling down grind the til to a coarse mixture.
Add til, cardamom powder and powdered sugar to the mava and mix thoroughly.
Shape into walnut sized round balls to make laddoos.
Arrange the Til khowa Laddoos in a plate and garnish with chopped pistachios and it's ready to serve.
Ingredients
250 grams Til/ sesame seeds (white til)
250 grams mawa/khowa
350 grams boora/ powdered sugar
1 tablespoons chopped dry fruits like pistachios and cashews (optional)
1/2 teaspoon green cardamom powder
