Step:

  1. Rinse the uncooked rice and soak the rice.

  2. Remove dust from the kombu kelp. Put the rice and water in a pot or a rice cooker, and place the kombu kelp.

  3. Slice the fresh basil into strips and soak in water.

  4. Boil the salmon fillets over medium-low heat for 5~7 minutes, and remove the bones of the salmon meat.

  6. 10 mL Fresh lemon juice (A)
  7. 2 Salmon fillets
  8. Fresh basil: adjust to suit your taste
  9. Roasted sesame seeds: adjust to suit your taste
