  2. 1 tbsp oil for moyan

  5. 4 boiled and mashed potatoes
  6. 4 tbsp boiled kale chane
  7. 1 tsp tamarind pulp
  8. 1 tsp lemon juice
  9. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  10. 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  11. 1/4 tsp kala namak
  12. 1 finely chopped green chilli
  13. 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves
  14. to taste Salt
  15. For Pani-
  16. 2 tbsp mint and chilli paste
  17. 4 tbsp tamarind pulp
  18. 1 litre water
  19. 1 tsp kala namak
  20. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  21. 1 tsp jeera powder
  22. to taste Salt
  23. 3 tbsp homemade colourful boondis
