Deskripsi Kerja

• Memberi taklimat dan arahan kerja kepada kumpulan pemandu dan pekerja am (PRA) sebelum mereka menjalankan kerja harian mengikut jadual dan arahan yang telah ditetapkan oleh pihak pengurusan operasi.
• Memastikan kerja-kerja pembersihan kawasan awam dan kutipan sisa pepejal berjalan lancar mengikut jadual yang telah dirancangkan oleh pengurusan operasi.
• Memastikan semua pekerja bekerja mengikut prosedur dan piawaian kerja (KPI) yang dikehendaki oleh pihak syarikat.
• Memastikan langkah-langkah keselamatan dan kesihatan pekerjaan diutamakan dalam kerja-kerja operasi yang dijalankan seharian.
• Melaksanakan kerja-kerja pengawasan dan penyeliaan harian ke atas jadual-jadual kebersihan am dan kutipan sisa pepejal.
• Menyediakan laporan harian kerja-kerja kebersihan awam dan kutipan sisa pepejal kepada pihak operasi setiap hari setelah kerja-kerja diselesaikan.
• Menilai tahap prestasi kerja bagi pekerja-pekerja di bawah seliaan
• Menyediakan laporan kedatangan pekerja dan merekod segala cuti yang berkaitan bagi semua pekerja di bawah seliaan.
• Melapor segala masalah yang berkaitan dengan tugas harian kepada Pentadbir Cawangan / Eksekutif Operasi.
• Melaksanakan kerja-kerja lain yang diarahkan oleh Pegawai Atasan dari semasa ke semasa.

Calon yang memohon jawatan ini, kena ada kriteria seperti dibawah:

• Minimum Diploma dalam bidang yang berkaitan.
• Fasih dalam Bahasa Melayu dengan pemahaman yang munasabah dalam Bahasa Inggeris.
• Mempunyai lesen memandu B2 dan mempunyai motosikal sendiri.
• Mempunyai pengalaman selama 1 tahun atau lebih.
• Keutamaan kepada calon Lelaki yang tinggal di kawasan Johor Bahru/Pasir Gudang/Iskandar Puteri diutamakan / digalakkan untuk permohonan ini

Job Type: Contract

Pay: RM2,000.00 per month
