Jawatan Kosong ​Accounts & Sales Admin Coordinator in Shah Alam

We are seeking an Accounts & Sales Admin Coordinator to manage our daily business flow. This is an ideal role for someone who thrives on variety (mix of finance, sales support, and logistics) and likes to stay busy with a range of administrative and operational tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Accounts Support (AR/AP): Manage daily bookkeeping tasks using SQL software. You will be responsible for Accounts Receivable (issuing invoices/tracking payments) and Accounts Payable (recording bills/supplier payments). Note: Full set closing is not required.
• Sales Coordination: Act as a key point of contact for customers. You will follow up on inquiries, prepare professional quotations, and ensure our product price lists are always accurate and up-to-date.
• Logistics & Scheduling: Keep our operations moving by arranging transport and freight for deliveries. You will also manage the calendar for our technical team, scheduling service appointments and maintenance visits.
• Digital Catalog Management: Help us maintain our online presence by uploading new products to the company website and ensuring all product descriptions and specs are supervised and correct.
• General Operations: Provide ad-hoc support to the management team, ensuring the office runs smoothly and all administrative files are well-maintained.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in an administrative, sales support, or junior accounts role.
• Technical Skills: Competent in SQL Accounting software (or similar) and proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Website Management: Comfortable with basic digital tools to update website content (training on our specific platform will be provided).
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to liaise professionally with customers, freight forwarders, and technicians.
• Independence: A self-motivated worker who can manage their own time and prioritize tasks without needing constant reminders.
• Valid drivers license and own vehicle. No public transport available as we are within a factory area.
