HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER

(based in Rawang, Selangor)

Job Summary

Provide competent support for an effective and efficient HR leadership and management in areas such as talent management, learning and development, performance management and compensation & benefits, employee relation and any other HR functions.

Job Responsibilities

• Be part of the leadership team to develop and streamline initiatives and develop HR strategies
• Review and implement HR policies, practices, procedures and infrastructure and manage HR Operations
• Manage effectively the recruitment and selection process and improve the process as per people strategy, plans and deliverable
• Keep abreast with new developments in HR and legislative frameworks and laws, leadership, management, learning and development so that new thinking and practices can be applied to improve systems and grow people and the organizationDevelop talent to meet current and future needs with strong leadership strengths.
• Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and company rules and policies on HR
• Manage staff compensation and benefits as well as training and development for team.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or Professional Degree in any Human Resources Management/ Business Studies/ Administration/ Management or equivalent
• At least 10 years working experience in a similar capacity with minimum 5 years hand-on experience in managerial position as a HR Generalist, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on, broad based sound HR knowledge and experience in people management and development.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proven leadership and people management skills
