Jawatan Kosong Warehouse Manager in Tiram

Location: Jalan Puncak, Taman Perindustrian Puncak, 81800 Ulu Tiram, Johor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, and dispatching fresh produce.
• Ensure all inventory is accurately recorded and properly managed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Coordinate with the operations team to meet the needs of the business, including adjusting staffing levels and work schedules.
• Lead, train, and motivate warehouse staff to achieve productivity targets and maintain high standards of work.
• Communicate effectively with Mandarin-speaking management and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Develop and implement warehouse procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor stock levels and order supplies as needed to avoid disruptions in the supply chain.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and address any issues or challenges within the team.
• Ensure all safety guidelines and protocols are strictly followed.

Job Requirements:

• At least 5 years of experience in warehouse management or a related field, preferably in the fresh produce or FMCG industry.
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Proficiency in Mandarin is required for effective communication with the management team.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours to meet operational needs.
• Knowledge of inventory management software and basic IT skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to RM8,000.00 per month
