Position: HR Executive
Salary: RM3,000 – RM4,500
Working Days: Monday – Friday
Working Hours: 7.30 AM – 5.30 PM
Location: No. 18, Jalan Industri Seberang 1, Kawasan Industri Seberang Temerloh, 28000 Temerloh, Pahang

Job Description

We are looking for a structured and analytical HR Executive to manage performance management systems, KPI development, and workforce planning.

In this role, you will focus on driving employee performance, supporting management with data-driven insights, and ensuring effective workforce planning across operations. You will also collaborate closely with the HR team to support overall HR initiatives and employee development.

This position is ideal for individuals who are detail-oriented, analytical, and experienced in performance management and HR reporting.

Key Responsibilities

1. Performance Management & KPI Development

  • Develop, implement, and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for various departments
  • Work closely with management and department heads to align KPIs with business objectives
  • Review and update KPI frameworks to ensure relevance and effectiveness
  • Monitor staff performance data and identify areas for improvement

2. Performance Review & Staff Evaluation

  • Conduct quarterly or bi-annual performance reviews
  • Prepare performance reports and analysis for management
  • Support supervisors in conducting structured and fair evaluations
  • Recommend performance improvement plans (PIP) where necessary

3. Staff Performance Monitoring

  • Track employee productivity, attendance, and discipline trends
  • Identify underperformance issues and coordinate improvement strategies
  • Monitor performance of Live Host team, including productivity and engagement

4. Workforce Planning & Staff Scheduling

  • Coordinate staff scheduling, especially for 24-hour outlet operations at R&R locations
  • Ensure sufficient manpower planning for smooth shift operations
  • Assist supervisors in arranging shift rotations and manpower allocation

5. HR Reporting & Documentation

  • Prepare HR performance reports and workforce analytics
  • Maintain proper documentation for performance reviews, evaluations, and disciplinary records
  • Ensure performance management processes comply with company policies

6. Collaboration with Internal HR Team

  • Work closely with HR team handling recruitment, payroll, and administration
  • Support HR initiatives related to employee engagement and performance improvement

Requirements

  • Experience in performance management, KPI tracking, or HR analytics is an advantage
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
