Job description:

- Responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and operational support to the management team, with a focus on legal documentation, HR coordination, and government-related permits or licensing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and organize company documents, agreements, and confidential records.
• Handle procurement of office supplies and service contracts.
• Support recruitment activities and assist in HR documentations
• Renewal of licenses(such as Labour License, renewal of passport, CIBD and etc).

Requirement:

• Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Human Resource Management, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3–5 years of working experience in administration with exposure to legal, HR, and government liaison functions.
• Strong understanding of Malaysian statutory and regulatory requirements.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Able to work independently with high integrity and confidentiality

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
